The entry point that never fails.
Access keypads, door stations, intercoms, and gate controls are pressed hundreds of times a day, exposed to every weather condition, and are the first target for forced entry or vandalism. RNC solid-state technology senses through thick metal surfaces, turning the housing itself into the armor.
The thicker the surface, the tougher the product.
Most piezo solutions can only sense through thin materials, typically 0.5mm. That limits the front surface to a thin faceplate that can be dented, drilled, or punched through.
RNC senses reliably through surfaces up to 3mm thick. Going from 0.5mm to 1.5mm or 3mm stainless steel transforms the front panel from a component into structural armor. The housing itself becomes the anti-vandal solution. No separate faceplate, no weak point, no compromise.
Access control, intercom, and building entry.
Why solid-state piezo for access control.
The access point is the single most vulnerable component on the building exterior. It must survive sustained deliberate abuse while maintaining consistent function and premium appearance for the life of the building.

RNC piezo keypads and switches are installed in commercial and institutional access control systems across Europe and North America, including coastal, alpine, and high-traffic urban environments, with consistent long-term performance over multi-year deployment periods.
